How do I return an item?

Return Policy
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact GoFast Dynamics (within 5 business days of receipt) by email or phone to obtain authorization for your return. We will refuse any return that has not been pre-authorized. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be the buyer's responsibility. To receive a refund or credit, any returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by GoFast Dynamics within 15 days of your original receipt of the product. We are unable to accept returns on any item that has been installed, incomplete, modified, scratched or damaged in any way. Item will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. We do not offer refunds on any electrical parts. Returns may take up to 30 days to process, please be patient.
PLEASE NOTE:  If your return has been authorized by GoFast Dynamics, there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed on your return. This restocking charge is not for our profit but to cover our costs of credit card fees, processing, boxing, packaging, and handling of the order. If an item is refused at the delivery address we will have the item shipped back to us and charge any incurred charges to the purchaser’s credit card.
Damaged, mis-packaged, or missing goods: Once you receive your package open it immediately and inspect it for any shipping errors, missing parts, or damage.  If you receive a package and it is damaged or missing goods you MUST report it within 24hrs, if not your claim may be denied.
